Body Pump is a 60 minute barbell based class that takes traditional weight room exercises and moves them to a Group Fitness setting.
With over 20 Body Pump releases under our belt we decided to add a throwback Body Pump class to our schedule each week through the spring.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
