🔹We want to welcome Abby to our team of Barre instructors. She will be leading a Barre Intensity® class this Saturday at 8:30am
Barre Intensity combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. Abby will incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. * sign up is required*
Sunday, October 28th
🔹Our CX Mix Up class this weekend is with Tina at 1:00pm. Ride into high gear at 1:00pm with a Cycle 30 ride in Group B followed by our newest CX release in Group A.

🔹Abby will be back on Sunday leading Barre in our heated room at 2:00pm. Traditional Barre movements led in temps ranging from 91-94 degrees. * sign up is required*
