This 30 minute kickboxing workout is designed to burn fat and mega calories. A mix of simple punches, kicks and strength moves using your own body for resistance and choreographed to upbeat top 40 music. We'll end with 15 minutes of toning, giving you a variety each class. Total body workout in 45 minutes or less. Modifications shown throughout class which makes this perfect for any fitness level.
