This class combines GRIT and CXWORKS GRIT is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout designed with short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. CXWORK is a 30 minute results program with quick gains that make you stronger and leaner. You can continually challenge yourself, regardless of your own fitness level. This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. All the movies in CXWORKS have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30 minute workout, trained instructors guide you through the correct techniques as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hit, butt and lower back exercises.
