CX & Pump*

This class will combine our LesMills 30 minute CXWORX class with a 30 minute condensed version of our LesMills BodyPump class. Each week the BodyPump tracks will change. Come enjoy the variety of 2 of our LesMills favorites! Sign up is required for this class.

CX Mixx Up*

Start your week off right with a 30 minute CXWORX class followed by 30 minutes of BodyPump or HIIT class. Each week will be something different keeping things fresh and exciting. Sign up is required for this class.


This 50 minute combo class combines our latest 30 minute LesMills CXWORX with 20 minutes of intense cardio/strength intervals. This class with be a hit with anyone looking to build, strengthen, tighten and tone the abs, butt and back and burn calories in less than an hour. Sign up is required.


This is a 30 minute results program with quick gains that make you stronger and leaner. You can continually challenge yourself, regardless of your own fitness level. This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
