LesMills Grit is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout designed with short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. The secret to ultimate results is not adding more workouts to your routine, but increasing their intensity. We recommend two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan. Each GRIT class will consist of one of our 3 GRIT formats, STRENGTH, CARDIO, or PLYO. These will change weekly. Class format can be seen on schedule outside our GROUP A Room.
