B.F.F. fuses traditional barre strength exercises with a dash of cardio to take your training to an extremely challenging level.  This fast-paced, non-stop sculpting workout will incorporate small and large range of motion barre strengthening exercises that will have you working quickly to exhaust muscle groups to the max (arms, thighs, seat, and core).  Short bursts of high-intensity athletic cardio intervals will be dispersed throughout class to accelerate the heart rate and fire up the metabolism.  Definitely a “sweaty” barre workout that will offer higher intensity strength and cardio movements set to fun and energizing music.  This is for ALL fitness levels as modifications will be offered.    Prerequisite:  Attending a few traditional barre classes is recommended so the participant is familiar with the principles of barre form, precision, and disciplined body awareness.   Class held in our non-heated Mind/Body Room, barefoot.
