Our Group Fitness classes have it all and for every level - whether you want mind/body classes, strength training, high intensity, low impact, senior, or cycling classes, we offer them all.
We offer more than 50 classes a week with over 30 different class styles to choose from. Our Group Fitness instructors are nationally certified and are committed to helping individuals of any age, gender, or fitness level make physical activity part of their life. Enjoy the atmosphere of a group led class certain to motivate and encourage you.
Body Pump is a 60 minute barbell based class that takes traditional weight room exercises and moves them to a Group Fitness setting.
Boom Move It is a 30 minute, heart-healthy, cardio workout featuring dance-style choreography.
Cardio Pump Fusion
This one hour fused cardio and strength class will start with our BodyPump Express format to provide strength training and will finish with a heart pumping HIIT and tabata rounds to maximize your calorie burn.
30 minute core strengthening class that hones in on you torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body with your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
In the Mixx
Kickstart your weekend with our dedicated team of instructors. In the Mixx will be led by a different instructor and different class style each week. Keeping things fresh and exciting. Watch for class details on our Facebook page each week.
Silver Sneakers Classic, Yoga, and Circuit.
Class is designed to bring people together to get their sweat on. A total workout combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave the class.
Les Mills GRIT
30 minute high intensity interval training workout designed with short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. The secret to ultimate results is not adding more workouts to your routine, but increasing their intensity. We recommend 2 HIIT workout a week as part of a balanced training plan. Each GRIT class will consist of only one of 3 GRIT formats, Strength, Cardio or Plyo. These will change weekly. *Sign up is required
With over 25 Body Pump releases under our belt we decided to add a throwback Body Pump class to our schedule each week through the spring.
Turbo Kick 30 &Tone
This 30 minute kickboxing workout is designed to burn fat and mega calories. A mix of simple punches, kicks and strength moves using your own body for resistance and choreographed to upbeat top 40 music! Class will end with 15 minutes of toning, giving a variety to each class. Total body workout in 45 minutes.
Our Barre Sculpt classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body.
LesMills BodyFlow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm.
BodyFlow is a perfect complement to all of our strength and cardiovascular classes we offer.
This class is designed to help each individual develop core strength, movement and control.
PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.

Warm BodyFlow is a perfect complement to all of our strength and cardiovascular classes we offer.

This is a 30 or 45 minute indoor cycling group exercise class, accessible to all levels and abilities. It brings the experience of the outside ride into the studio. Our trained instructors will lead you through a variety of hill climbs, flat terrain, intervals and power play. Choosing your own resistance, the class is at your level, this creates a group with mixed ability. You will be encouraged by a variety of motivational music that will take you on an exciting journey in every class.
CYCLE 30 & HOT FLOW
This class combines the cardiovascular work of indoor cycling with the flexibility and relaxation of our LesMills BodyFlow class. Class will improve your heart, your mind and body, leaving you feel refreshed and ready for your day. Class will begin with 30 minutes of calorie burning, heart pumping cycling to rev up your cardiovascular fitness. Following our cycling portion we will switch gears and move in to a 45 minute warm BodyFlow class held in our Mind/Body room. This 45 minute condensed Flow class will be held in our Mind/Body studio in a temperature of 96 to 100 degrees Wednesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. and Thursdays at 4:45 p.m.
CYCLE 30 & CXWORX
Do 30 minutes of a heart pumping indoor cycling class in Room B (cycling room) followed by a 30 minute LesMills CXWORX class held in Room A on Mondays at 12:45 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:15 p.m.
Cycle Circuit X-Trainer*
Are you looking for a break from the usual cycle class, but don't want to lose the cycle? Circuit Cycle X-Training was designed to solve this problem and add extra challenge to your workouts. Intervals of cycle are broken up by intervals of strength and power off the bike to get your heart pumping and your body strong. No one leaves this class without sweating. Sign up for class the day before by calling or stopping at our front desk.
HIIT cycle is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where motivation comes from pushing your limits mentally and physically. Combining bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible with periods of rest.
